I'm so grateful. After picking up a nearly new car I wasn't satisfied with how the dealer presented it to me so got in touch with Rich. He booked me in almost immediately at a price I think it totally worth. You pay for what you get so dont go to the cheapest guy where your pride and joy is concerned. Rich advised me on a stage 1 with ceramic coating. He has removed the blemishes I pointed out and removed more I didnt know of. I will 100% visit Rich again in the future if I need him. The car looks new as it should now. Thank you mate.

Sent our brand new Volvo to Rich. I told him it's such a lovely car, it has punch and is super silky to drive. Now.... it looks like silk. I didn't want to touch it because it looked like glass and I could break it. If I draped a sheet of silk over it, it would glide off like water off a ducks back. Rich is an absolute master of his trade with his passion and enjoyment clearly shining through on every car he touches.
Would only recommend.

I have just had my replacement Golf 8.5 delivered after 9 months wait and sent straight to Richard for Detailing as promised.
Picked up two days later & wow what a surprise - the car was mint & looked like glass . I cannot believe the magic Richard has worked on the new car , especially after the videos he sent from the delivery inspection.
The detail , professionalism, customer service was second to none, what Richard says is what he delivers . I will never have another Dealership touch any future vehicle - it will be going straight to Richard.
Richard is a real gentleman & an absolute expert in his field - you will not regret using Black Country Detailing if you love your cars.
10 stars from me - delighted. Thanks a million

I purchased a new Golf 8.5 from a VW dealership. After picking it up noticed numerous swirls in the paintwork. This was definitely not factory finish so I decided to get a second opinion. I came across Black Country detailing after a search and reading all the reviews I contacted Richard.
Without a doubt Richard is a true professional and his experience is second to none , on top of that he is an absolute gentleman - rare these days.
I took the vehicle to him which is only a couple of weeks old, Richard checked it over and showed me all the damage caused by the dealership valeting.
He gave me a price to fix the issue which I took to the dealer- they have now decided to order me a brand new car.
I contacted Richard and he was chuffed for me and did not even mention the loss of potential work.what a guy,
However he made such an impression on me my new vehicle will be going to him first for full protection - I can’t wait after seeing all his work .
What a fabulous fella and a true professional. See you soon. I would have give him 10 stars.

I was on the hunt for an epic car detailing experience—not just a basic clean—and boy, did I strike gold when I stumbled across Rich! 😄 Pure luck, and I’m so grateful for it! I had to cancel my first appointment, but Rich was an absolute gem—super polite, thanked me for letting him know, and we quickly locked in a new booking. Dropped my car off on Thursday, picked it up Sunday, and WOW, I was completely BLOWN AWAY! 🚗✨ The attention to detail this pro delivered was next-level—his passion, expertise, and craftsmanship absolutely radiated through every inch of my car. It’s like it rolled out of a showroom! And the cherry on top? He gave the interior an insane blitz that left it sparkling. Rich is a detailing wizard. Really is a gent.

Sent my C63 into Rich at Black County Detailing for a two stage machine polish. The result is incredible.
The paint work is now absolutely immaculate. The car also received an interior valet, It was literally like collecting a brand new car up!
Superb communication and service and at a very favourable price.
Highly recommend Rich to anyone thinking of protecting their pride and joy.
